Guarantee
Should you not be satisfied with your Winkie, we will provide a credit
or refund, under the following conditions.

Garments
must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition,
unwornand unwashed.

Include the
invoice and an explanation as to why you are returning the goods.

Please note that we cannot
be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so always retain
your courier receipt as proof of
postage.
Please advise if you would like to change the garment
for another size or colour.

Allow 3-7 working
days for delivery. Let us know if you require more urgent delivery and

You will be notified if your original choice is not available at the time
of order. All colours, prints and sizes are represented as accurately as
possible, but may vary slightly.

Stock availability
We cannot guarantee to have all items in stock
permanently, should your desired Winkie be out of stock you will be
contacted to be given the option to change your Winkie or receive a
refund.

Currency
All charges will be in New Zealand dollars
and include GST of 12.5%. The charges will be converted at the current
